In the Bible, Luke records the amazing Divine Pardon issued by Jesus Christ to one of the two criminals crucified beside Him. The first criminal made fun of the Lord saying, “If you are the Christ, save yourself and us.” The second man corrected his friend, “We receive the due rewards of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” He then turned to Jesus Christ and said, “Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” With these words he expressed his belief in the true identity of the Savior.
